A feedback widget can contain other StarMyPage's tools such as
rating boxes,

feedback forms. Once added to your site, it allows collecting feedback from your users in an efficient and unobtrusive way. On your website, the feedback widget will float in any location (for example, our feedback widget is at the bottom right of this page) or it can also be embedded directly in your pages.
By default, the visitors to your site will have to click on a widget button to display the feedback box in which they'll be able to answer a poll and/or write some text feedback. In addition to the default method, you can add automatic display rules below. They allow you to automatically display a poll and a feedback form when they follow a specific path on your website. For example, this can be useful if you want to find out why your users, while they are still on your site, decide not to register or purchase products from your site.
